Steppin' with Cathe Frederick

I recently bought a step to do some in home work outs with and I have really enjoyed it. I have a friend who is way into it and she inspired me. I am starting out with Cathe Frederick's basic step workout which is about 30 minutes and it is going great! I have been doing it about 2-3 times a week for the past few weeks and I am still sweating like crazy with every workout. She is really good and her dvd comes with the step when you buy it.
